ChinaFest Family Day, on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at the Pauley Center Building, Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Richmond, Virginia they had knot tying demonstrations including dragonfly knots.(via).

Tatting

Thanks for promoting tatting. Shuttle tatting is the true craft of tatting and was around in the Victorian era. Needle tatting (which isn't a 'turned knot') only came about in the 1970's. Still, it's always lovely to see the craft spoken about. Thanks. Jane http://janeeborall.blogspot.com/
